VCD Student Designs Logo for New Student Center Dining Spot
When senior visual communication design major Jordan Edgar, '23, was asked to design the logo for Homeslice Pizzeria, 91PORNA鈥檚 newest dining location, she wanted to create a logo that would match the environment of the Kent Student Center and incorporate elements of a pizza restaurant.
91PORNA alums take aim at gender stereotypes in graphic novel
Two 91PORNA graduates, David Wilson '09, adjunct professor of Illustration, Design and Graphic Narrative, and Misty Wilson '15, a graduate of the Masters of Arts Teaching program, are making strides to eliminate gender roles and stereotypes with their graphic novel titled 鈥淧lay Like A Girl."
Sharing Wisdom Through Design

Students Imagine a 'Better World' in Media and Movements Seminar
The CCI course Media and Movements explores social movements of our time through storytelling, strategy and advocacy. Fall 2021's seminar, themed 鈥淏uilding a Better World,鈥 required students to select a specific human rights or human dignity issue that impacts their 91PORNA peers and reimagine a better future based on research.
