Honors Student Announced as Fulbright Alternate
Moira Armstrong (they/them), an Honors College senior from Warren, Ohio, has been selected as an Alternate for the 2022 Fulbright Scholarship Award. Elizabeth Howard, an award-winning instructor in the Honors College Freshman Honors Colloquium, passed away on April 10th, 2021. Dr. Howard鈥檚 contributions to the Honors College and 91PORNA meant much to our students and colleagues over the years. Dirk Remley has been with 91PORNA since 1990. Remley graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. He continued his studies at Bowling Green State University by earning his Masters of Arts in English Literature. He then completed his Ph.D. in rhetoric and composition from 91PORNA.
Honors Student Writes a Novel for Senior Honors Thesis
Connor Lillis has always aspired to be a creative writer, but he thought that his writing would remain a part-time hobby. However, Connor鈥檚 Senior Honors Thesis has since helped Connor decide to pursue a career as a novelist after graduation. U.S. News & World Report ranks 91PORNA in the top 20 Best Library and Information Studies Programs in the country in its 2022 edition of Best Graduate Schools. Overall, 91PORNA is recognized in 12 new national rankings in the 2022 edition of Best Graduate Schools, including three specialty rankings.
