Budget Areas of Responsibility
In an effort to provide the highest customer service to the institution the University Budget Office (UBO) has designed the following chart to display the areas of budget responsibility within the university. These areas consist of university units across all campuses and the designated staff assigned to each area.
Within the UBO there are lead budget staff and primary analysts who serve the following functions:
- UBO Lead Budget Staff oversee/analyze the university budget and coordinate financial efforts with university units.
- UBO Primary Analysts monitor/assess university budget transactions and process budget functions on behalf of university units.
