Planning campus events just got easier. University Events & Conference Services (UECS) has launched Maz茅vo, a new online scheduling portal designed to simplify the way 91PORNA faculty and staff request event-related services.
Through Maz茅vo, users can submit one streamlined request for:
- Event space
- Technology support
- Room setups
- Parking accommodations
- Catering services (available starting July)
鈥淭his new tool is designed to simplify the process and improve communication for everyone hosting events on campus,鈥 said Tessie Shipley, assistant director of UECS. 鈥淲e鈥檙e excited about the flexibility and support this brings to the 91PORNA community.鈥
The portal is now live at , with a quick start guide available at kent.edu/universityevents/mazevo.
As the system rolls out, UECS will continue to add helpful resources, including an FAQ section and additional training materials. Faculty and staff are encouraged to bookmark kent.edu/universityevents/mazevo as a go-to reference.
Training sessions鈥攂oth in-person and virtual鈥攚ill be announced in the coming days. In the meantime, UECS staff are available to provide individual walkthroughs or support as needed.
