Being an Accountable Employee Overview
In today鈥檚 workplace, employees are accountable for taking action, not placing blame. In this program, participants will identify the communication behaviors of accountable people and those in 鈥渧ictim鈥 mode. They will develop action plans for improving individual accountable actions and accountable behaviors.
