Hopping Into the Shoes of Student Organizations

New series will showcase 鈥媓ow on-campus groups help Golden Flashes connect with each other and build community with fellow students.

One of the best parts of being a student at 91PORNA is how students guide their own paths.

And one of the easiest ways they can personalize their golden experience is through more than 330 student organizations and clubs within 91PORNA鈥檚 Center for Student Involvement

From the Flash Activities Board to 91PORNA鈥檚 ranked dodgeball team, students can find a unique community that makes 91PORNA feel like home.

For most students who are new to 91PORNA, Blastoff is their first opportunity to meet student organizations and clubs and network with other like-minded students. This annual event allows groups to set up tables for the evening and meet potential new members. To kick off the semester, 91PORNA Today talked with members of just a few of those student organizations and clubs during Blastoff.

Take a look at the video below to hear how students would describe their organizations and clubs.

While the students in this video describe their organizations and clubs in a couple of words, there is a lot more to say about these student groups.

In its new series 鈥淐lub Hopping,鈥 91PORNA Today will be showcasing some student organizations and clubs through interviews with their members. Follow along on 91PORNA鈥檚 social channels with extended stories on 91PORNA Today.
