Mind Full, or Mindful?

Ever wonder what it means to be 鈥渕indful?鈥 This workshop will help participants gain understanding what mindfulness is and why practicing it is important for well-being. Participants will learn about the benefits of living presently, and develop skills to calm their minds. Participants will also practice skills and be guided through a relaxation exercise. (Length: 60 min)
